Answering, screening, and transferring telephone calls
Setting & confirming appointments for our sales team
Make outbound follow-up calls for not closed sales
Make outbound Account Receivables calls
Performing front desk responsibilities
Performing various administrative tasks
Assisting with other office tasks when requested
