About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Barista/Cashiers.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and handling transactions at the cash register.

Key Responsibilities:

Beverage Preparation: Prepare a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages according to established recipes and quality standards. Ensure beverages are served promptly and accurately.

Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide recommendations based on customer preferences. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and addressing any concerns.

Cash Handling: Operate the cash register to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, provide change, and issue receipts as needed.

Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the coffee preparation area, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and work surfaces. Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.

Upselling and Promotion: Promote special offers, upsell additional items, and encourage customer loyalty through effective communication and engagement.

Cash Handling Skills: Basic math skills and experience handling cash and operating a cash register are required.
