Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Create a digital press kit for each new book and author
- Write and distribute a press release for each new book and author
- Create and post compelling copy for the company's books on Amazon and other onlinebooksellers, as well as keywords, BISAC codes, and pertinent sales information.
- Coordinate a LinkedIn virtual event for each new book release.
- Coordinate trade advertising with the company's distributor, Ingram Book Distributors.
- Manage distribution program with Ingram Book Distributors and Amazon.
- Design and post about the company and our books on LinkedIn.
- Lead all communication with authors per book marketing and publicity.
- Manage author book orders and all other book orders (book trade, etc.).
- Communicate with our authors per their marketing and promotions.
- Assist the CEO in lead generation and business development.
- Represent the company's CEO to the media, securing podcast bookings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, and copywriting.
- Strong copywriting skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Pay:
$53, $56,311.00 per year
