Your tasks

  • Supporting our product and project teams in establishing Scrum in a hardware and software environment
  • Teaching agile principles, values, and methods, as well as anchoring and further developing our agile value system
  • Coaching and advising teams towards self-responsibility and self-organization
  • Preparing and conducting Scrum events
  • Identifying and resolving conflicts or obstacles in collaboration
