We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Call Center Specialist who pays attention to detail, enjoys solving production logistics, and wants to offer excellent care of our customers.

You will spend quite a bit of time talking to our customers. If high levels of communication and making people happy is important to job is a good fit


Responsibilities:


  • Creates a highend customer experience, engages customers, and creates an environment customers want to come back to.
  • Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns.
  • Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
  • Uses knowledge of a specific product, service, or other assigned area of expertise to answer inquiries or to forward to the appropriate staff.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 2 Years proven working experience as a Customer Service Call Center Specialist
  • Experience in providing customer service support
  • Proficiency in English
  • Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
  • Ability to think strategically and to lead projects to completion
  • Strong clientfacing and communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multitasking skills

Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
