We are seeking a Concrete Services Crew Leader for our company.

As a Crew Leader, you will provide supervision and support to the crew while in the shop and on-site at customer locations.

You will perform a wide variety of projects for various clients across the territory and require proficiency in all services the company provides and act as liaison between the crew and general manager.

We provide high-quality parking lot and pavement maintenance services for commercial and residential customers throughout much of WI and Northern IL.

Job Summary

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Deliver an exceptional experience and result for our customers this is CRITICAL
• Learn, grow and have fun
• Provide supervision and support to the crew while in the shop and onsite
• Act as a liaison between the crew and the General Manager
• Use state of the art equipment to perform concrete repairs and other services, seal coating, line painting, asphalt crack filling, infrared asphalt repairs and more
• Plan and facilitate the production of a highquality project utilizing state of the art project management software
• Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager
• Maintain a safe, hazardfree job site
• Additional tasks as required

Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING

• A Wisconsin driver's license with a clean driving record (Driver's Abstract is required) and a reliable mode of transportation
• You are a strong communicator who loves to support and develop others
• You are a selfmotivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve
• You are committed to excellence
• You understand the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75lbs)
• Ability to work well independently, unsupervised
• Experience with concrete and masonry work is required, experience with epoxy and other concrete coatings desired
• Past experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset
• An Engineering and/or math educational background is an asset
