Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable youth driver to join our team. Must be able to drive in all types of weather.

This position involves transporting youth club members to designated locations or areas, working with teens who operate through our sale program, assuring timely pick-up and drop offs as well as being a positive mentor to all members on a daily basis This is a great fully commission based opportunity.

Duties:

Safely operate your personal vehicle and motivate teens in our sales program
Upload all necessary work documentation daily
Maintain a great working relationship with all youth members
Poster with team members weekly to ensure consistent enrollment
Communicate with office staff throughout the course of each workday

Experience:

Previous experience in sales is preferred but not mandatory
Familiarity with New York street driving is a a plus
Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
Proficiency in using time management well
Strong knowledge of safe driving practices and traffic laws

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience driving
Ability to sell products or previous history with sales
