  • Fabletics is currently looking for a Director of Strategy & Operations.
How Do You Fit In?

  • We are looking for a motivated, strategic and executionoriented individual to support strategic operational and growth initiatives for Fabletics. The Director of Strategy & Operations will be focused on owning as well as projectmanaging key initiatives ranging from startup projects to high impact initiatives that will transform and grow the business.


The role will report into the COO of Fabletics and will work closely with the Fabletics leadership team and cross-functional executives focused on Member Insights, Analytics, Growth, Ecommerce, and TechstyleOS (including Tech, Supply Chain, and Customer Service) and other key team members throughout the business.


What You Will Do:

  • Drive crossfunctional business initiatives from kickoff to completion, simultaneously managing and prioritizing multiple initiatives across various teams and timelines.
  • Act as the primary partner to Shared Services, including Global Member Services, Fulfillment Center, and the Data Analytics teams to ensure all teams are aware of and on board with key strategies and initiatives in real time, closely connected to the brand team to ensure efficient and effective business support and a seamless customer experience.
  • Champion the customer/member experience using data and feedback to eliminate friction and maximize customer delight
  • Monitor competitive landscape and develop competitive analyses as needed, driving actionable recommendations that keep us at the leading edge of the market.
  • Provide strategic, analytical and creative deckbuilding support for brand presentations, offsite sessions, investor and Board of Directors meetings and more.
  • Operationalize leadership priorities by driving strategic direction, scope, analysis, project management, execution and reporting for adhoc initiatives.
  • Drive OKR alignment process for Shared Service Teams; work with crossfunctional leaders to build effective OKRs on time, on a quarterly basis. Build and manage Strategy & Operations OKRs.

What You Can Bring:

  • Results driven mentality with minimum 6 years of experience in a management consulting, corporate strategy & operations, or operations role.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate managing multiple stakeholders on a project/initiative.
  • The ability to prioritize and juggle multiple highimpact and crossfunctional projects simultaneously.
  • Toptier Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills, with a strong eye for great design and formatting.
  • Solutionoriented with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
  • Highly organized and accountable with strong attention to detail.
  • Collaborative, teamoriented mindset to drive crossfunctional project execution.
  • Self Starer. You dive into difficult problems and come up with a plan.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and critical thinking skills, combined with an entrepreneurial spirit; willingness to challenge the status quo with meaningful ideas and insights

Nice To Have:

  • Experience as a project manager / project lead on large, high impact projects
  • Experience leading others, with capability to hire, manage and mentor a dedicated team as the business grows
