A bit about us:

We are caring, patient, and attentive first-time parents looking for an amazing nanny to care for and love our baby We are practicing "Gentle Parenting" and are looking for a nanny who will align with our parenting style and house rules.
We are on the quieter side (me more than my husband), but we both value someone who is social and more outgoing.
Our 11-month-old baby girl is very alert and sensitive. She is not napping consistently, and wants to be held and rocked. She loves it when I sing to her and she loves to be played with-
A bit about you:_
You are a loving, warm, and talkative nanny who is well-equipped to care for an 11-month-old baby and help her reach milestones.
You are comfortable with a positive form of discipline that will deter undesirable behavior as she grows, and you are passionate about working with infants and toddlers.
You have good hygiene and are careful not to expose the baby to viruses or germs while her immune system is developing.
-Job Duties_: _Engaging the baby in age-appropriate play, games, and enrichment, food prep for the baby (when she is napping), diaper changing, age-appropriate sensory play, following parents' preferred routine for naps, helping create baby's routine with the parents, baby laundry, organizing toys, cleaning toys, cleaning baby's play area weekly, and occasionally driving baby to doctor's appointments, etc.

Qualifications: 2 years of prior nanny experience with infants and toddlers from 12 months-3 years old, at least one previous long-term nanny placement for 2 years minimum, knowledge of infant development, fluent in English, valid Driver's license, reliable car, clean driving record, and CPR plus First Aid certifications. Willing to abide by our house rules such as no cell phone use when you are with our child (on your breaks, you are welcome to be on your phone), and no outdoor play at this point (you can feel free to take walks outside on your break). You must be comfortable in an environment where Mom is working from home.

You are creative and/or love to sing You studied Child Psychology and/or Child Development. You love what you do and can't wait to narrate and teach our baby
Schedule:
Monday-Friday (9a-5p)
*Mondays only are actually 10a-6p

$30 an hour
