- Present and sell products and services using a needs-based approach
- Make outbound calls to offer insurance and financial services
- Prepare quotes and effectively present options
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Assist customers with claims, payments, billing, and other service-related issues
- Accurately handle policy changes and account updates
- Recognize opportunities to offer additional products or services
- Participate in training and team meetings
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the agent
- Ability to develop relationships with customers and prospects

- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses

- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook preferred
