Description

The MAT Commercial Vehicle Products GmbH is part of the global MAT Holdings, Inc. company based in Illinois (USA) with employees worldwide. Our approximately 180 employees develop and produce innovative friction materials for the commercial vehicle sector (original equipment and aftermarket). We are currently seeking a Quality Employee for Test Benches and Shear Devices (m/f/d) for our location in Marienheide.

The Role:

Performing test orders according to specifications
Preparing test setups, brake pads and discs
Setting up test benches and installing measuring sensors
Measuring test specimens with mechanical measuring tools
Monitoring the testing process and measuring signals
Conducting intermediate and final inspections according to specifications and checklists
Documenting results in writing and with photographs
Performing regular maintenance and necessary repairs
Regular calibration of test benches according to defined Krauss procedure

What You Bring:

Completed technical training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician or similar
Ideally, previous experience operating test benches and Krauss test benches and/or knowledge in the field of commercial vehicle brakes
Basic knowledge of English
Strong willingness to learn, accuracy and reliability
