Description

• Clean dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment by hand.
• Ensure all items are washed, sanitized, and properly stored
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
• Help with banquet or catering event setup, service and cleanup
• Maintains trash cans throughout shift and removes full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift.
• Keeps restroom area clean.
• Clean tables and carry dishes and other tableware to the kitchen
• Assist servers with clearing plates and other areas of table service.
• Assists in food prep and any other duties set forth or requested by the chef as needed.
• This is a part time job requiring dishwashing services for 4 hours in the evening on Tues
• Sun and one or two days for onsite service in the morning hours between 8:30 a.m and 2 p.m.

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, catering, or kitchen environment preferred
• Knowledge of food handling and safety guidelines
• Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced culinary setting
• Experience working alongside cooks or culinary staff is a plus
