Duties
- Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and answer questions about food and beverages with enthusiasm.
- Take accurate orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, ensuring all special requests are noted.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining a clean and organized service station.
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems, handle cash and credit transactions accurately, and give correct change.
- Clear tables, bus tables, and assist with food handling and sanitation to uphold health standards.
- Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, fostering a welcoming atmosphere in both restaurant and nightclub settings.
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell and build guest rapport.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cashiering duties and cash handling responsibilities.
