Overview:

Responsibilities:

Must interact with SAP computer software to generate inventory tags in ATS system required to provide bun verification.
Accurately estimates shrinkage and flat bun efficiency to ensure inventory tags are accurate.
Observes foam and corrects or report defects immediately.
Label foam correctly, cuts and labels samples as require; records all necessary information.
Monitors foam block height and air flow during production. Monitors automated cutoff saw, conveyors, airlocks and other equipment downstream from the control platform.
Removes waste film after pour and cleans excess foam or material from machine or floor surfaces as required.
Operates 200 foot bun room crane if needed.
Operates Slurry system for trail and production pours.
Performs daily bun room walk assessing prior day's pour and results back to supervisor
Responds to bun cutting issues and provide recommendations and feedback to supervisor on any issues.
