What makes your job special

  • Analysis of existing business processes and development of innovative solutions for our clients with a focus on development banks (modernization of development loan applications, implementation of regulatory projects and digitalization projects in interdisciplinary teams)
  • Creative and conceptual further development of existing processes, particularly with regard to current and future crisis resilience, changing customer behavior, market developments, and digitalization of development business
  • Identification, analysis and prioritization of functional requirements
  • Identification and implementation of regulatory requirements
  • Adaptation of processes with a focus on customer-oriented processes and efficient use of resources to increase the effectiveness of development
  • Participation in the design of products and implementation of new offers and product adjustments in close coordination with partners
  • Specification of functional solutions (functional concepts, user stories)
  • Preparation of offers and responsible participation in customer management
