Project Analyst/DTS Specialist

Salary $61,002-$76,413
Will perform Lead Analyst functions.

The Lead Analyst shall be responsible for the performance of the work and shall have full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operation of this contract.

The Lead Analyst shall be available between the hours of 8:00 a.m.

to 4:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday except Federal holidays or when the government facility is closed for administrative reasons, as well as basic after hours travel support for bona fide emergency requirements.

Shall provide services and functions described herein to assure effective and efficient operation of CNSP Travel Program.

The Contractors shall prepare the following metrics and reports in addition to those listed above and in 6.

0 and Part 7 of this PWS:

  • Monthly Status Reports: A monthly report on CNSP's RO, CBA, IBA, DTS usage and management that summarizes the status of the travel program for the previous period, the work completed for the period to include specific sections on travel authorizations and vouchers, CBA and IBA, shall be provided to the CNSP Comptroller Department. The report shall also include a section on hours worked and travel executed.
  • Weekly Metrics Report: Contractor shall prepare reporting that captures workload for the week, including actions taken to resolve barriers and problems. Metrics reported will include amount of documents reviewed, current status of documents and other data as directed by the Travel Program Manager.
  • Monthly Management Report: A monthly report on CNSP's Travel Program Support status including but not limited to: analysis/summarization of contract expenditure rate, identification of issues that need government resolution and travel metrics. Report will be provided to the Travel Program Manager/COR. Minimal travel metrics will include number of vouchers and authorizations prepared and average processing time.
  • Unsubmitted Voucher Report: Contractor shall prepare a report that captures any vouchers that have not been submitted within five (5) business days of travelers' return from TAD. The contractor shall contact these travelers and their chains of command to this effect, and advise them to complete voucher submission. Contractor shall coordinate this reporting effort with CNSP Travel Supervisors and the CNSP Financial Defense Travel Administrator (FDTA).
