    Mavericks Marketing in Denver, CO is seeking a creative Graphic Design Intern to join our innovative team. As a Graphic Design Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic agency environment. With a salary range of $12 - $18 hourly, this internship offers a chance to showcase your design skills while learning from experienced professionals. At Mavericks Marketing, we value creativity, collaboration, and passion for design. You will be involved in creating visual content for various marketing campaigns, contributing your unique perspective to our projects.     Compensation:

    $12 - $18 hourly

    Responsibilities:
    • Design visual content for various marketing materials such as social media posts, email campaigns, and print materials
    • Purpose: To create engaging and visually appealing designs that align with the company's branding and marketing objectives
    • Assist in developing concepts and ideas for new design projects
    • Purpose: To contribute creative input and innovative ideas to enhance the overall design process
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure design concepts meet project requirements and deadlines
    • Purpose: To work effectively in a team environment and deliver high-quality design work that supports the company's marketing strategies
    • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve design quality
    • Purpose: To continuously learn and grow as a designer by actively engaging in feedback and critique sessions
    • Maintain organized files and assets to streamline the design workflow and ensure efficient project management
    • Purpose: To stay organized and efficient in handling design projects and assets to meet project timelines and deliverables
    Qualifications:
    • 1-2 years of experience in graphic design
    • Proficiency in Adobe Suite
    • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills
    • US work authorization
    • Ability to work in person at our Denver, CO office
