You love cars and are passionate about mobility.

You are just as enthusiastic about our luxury vehicles as you are about the car trade and service. In this apprenticeship, you will learn the perfect foundation for vehicle purchasing, sales, and service.

Your tasks

· Familiarization with commercial processes during service visits and vehicle purchases or sales

· Use of modern communication media and computer applications

· Contact person for customers in spare parts sales, customer service acceptance, and supporting sales

· Consultation on vehicle service products and invoicing

Qualifications

· Commercial and technical understanding

· Good verbal and written communication skills, as well as knowledge of English

· Customer orientation

· Friendliness, commitment, and teamwork
