Description

JRH is looking for a Tier 2 Help Desk professional to utilize their expertise in a variety of hardware and software to assist end users with technical issues. The ideal candidate must be able to secure clearance with a Federal Government client, thus requiring US citizenship or a Green Card.



Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the installation, operation, and upkeep of desktop software, including various operating systems (such as Windows and Apple), off-the-shelf products, and endpoint management tools
  • Create, edit, and oversee Active Directory objects (users, computers, etc.) as per requests
  • Document, monitor, and resolve any issues promptly
  • Configure or relocate IT equipment for new or existing users
  • Manage hardware assets by assigning or unassigning laptops to/from users
  • Record and assign service tickets (requests and incidents) to technicians or relevant teams through the Ticket Management System (ServiceNow)
  • Uphold service level agreements (SLAs) pertaining to desk side support services or incident requests
  • Responsible for laptop imaging using System Center Configuration Management (SCCM)

Requirements:

  • Must be available on-site five days a week
  • Capable of lifting objects weighing up to 50lbs
  • 2+ years experience with Office 365; 1+ year in Customer Service
  • Minimum of 2 years providing technical support
  • Ability to troubleshoot Hardware and Software problems using problem-solving skills
  • 1+ year experience in laptop imaging
