Local General Contractor is hiring _
Carpenter Apprentice/Skilled Laborers_ for a 4-story multi-family housing project in Evanston, IL starting asap. _
Carpenter Apprentices/Skilled Laborers_ would be responsible for installing laundry/trash chutes between floors.

Carpenter Apprentices/Skilled Laborer Qualifications_

  • Minimum of 2 years of commercial/residential carpentry experience
  • MUST have PPE including a hard hat, safety glasses, highvis vest/shirt and work boots
  • MUST have basic hand tools including a cordless drill with interchangeable bits, tape measure and utility knife
  • OSHA 10 preferred but NOT mandatory

  • Installing stainless steel laundry/trash chutes between floors
  • Other light carpentry duties as need

Compensation/Benefits_
- $20-$25/hr BOE

$ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
