Description

The city of Essen is looking for a specialist in cross-sectoral planning and construction management for the Department 67 - Green and Gruga - to implement the goals of school development planning.

Pay group 12 TVöD | Full-time | Permanent | Application deadline: | Reference number: TD-III

This position can also be filled with part-time employees.

You will support the team of Green and Gruga in the following tasks:

Conceptualization and updating of a pedagogical green space concept including planting and maintenance planning

Project management

Creation of landscape architectural plans (all phases of HOAI) for new construction, renovation and expansion of play and exercise areas at kindergartens and schools

Commissioning of external planning services

Construction management

This profile sets you apart:

Completed degree in Diplom Engineer (FH) or Bachelor of Engineering in Landscape Construction and Green Space Management, Landscape Planning, Landscape Architecture or a comparable degree program

At least three years of professional experience

Experience in the field of object planning and construction management

Experience in project management
