Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage patient checkin and checkout processes efficiently
- Schedule appointments and answer inquiries regarding services
- Maintain patient records accurately and ensure confidentiality
- Handle phone calls and correspondence promptly and professionally
Skills:
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Experience in patient service roles
- Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic health records systems
- Strong communication skills for interacting with patients, staff, and providers
Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Healthcare setting:
- Clinic
- Medical office
- Private practice
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Medical terminology: 1 year (preferred)
- Computer skills: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- Spanish (required)
Ability to Commute:
- Cherry Hill, NJ required)
Ability to Relocate:
