Job Summary:


Responsibilities:


  • Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage patient checkin and checkout processes efficiently
  • Schedule appointments and answer inquiries regarding services
  • Maintain patient records accurately and ensure confidentiality
  • Handle phone calls and correspondence promptly and professionally

Skills:


  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
  • Experience in patient service roles
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic health records systems
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with patients, staff, and providers

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Healthcare setting:

  • Clinic
  • Medical office
  • Private practice

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No nights
  • No weekends

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Medical terminology: 1 year (preferred)
  • Computer skills: 1 year (preferred)
