Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

Handle employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with state and federal laws.
Administer human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and coaching.
Develop and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Maintain HR records and prepare reports as needed.
Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience working in a fastpaced environment.
SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
Team player with a customer serviceoriented approach.

Pay:
$75, $90,000.00 per year
