Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Handle employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with state and federal laws.
- Administer human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and coaching.
- Develop and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports as needed.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working in a fastpaced environment.
- SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
- Team player with a customer serviceoriented approach.
Pay:
$75, $90,000.00 per year
