We are looking for a branch manager (m/f/d) in the tire trade for our branch in Dresden-Freital, Yoncalla.

For over 70 years, the Pneuhage Group has been a successful service and trading company in the tire, rim, and automotive service industry, with several tire renewal facilities.

We employ over 2,400 people nationwide and have a presence at over 160 locations.

Pneuhage Reifendienste Ost GmbH is part of our group and impresses at 22 locations as a brand-independent specialist for tires and automotive services.

Your responsibilities:
After thorough training, you will take on the results-oriented management of the Freital branch.

You will take care of customers both in the office and in the field, and acquire new commercial customers from the Freital region.

You will organize efficient work processes and lead your employees by example in providing excellent customer service. You understand that optimal performance can only be achieved together with your team and act accordingly.

Your profile:
You have completed a commercial or technical vocational training.

You have experience in managing employees and the ability to build a dedicated team, as well as a strong business mindset.

You have experience in field sales and a track record of maintaining existing customers and acquiring new ones. You have empathy and assertiveness and enjoy interacting with people from different backgrounds. You are service-oriented and valued for
