    Sr. Financial Analyst

    We are looking to add a Sr. Financial Analyst to play an integral role in supporting Corporate Finance as Valta continues to rapidly grow and evolve.


    Responsibilities:
    Prepares the forecast deck monthly, identifying variances and potential areas of concern
    Assist with the annual budgeting process, ensuring timely delivery to the Executive committee and Board members
    Track corporate liquidity and assist with ad-hoc reporting associated with capital calls
    Develop and maintain financial models required for planning and decision making
    Work closely with department heads to recommend strategies to improve financial performance
    Sets and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives
    Collaborates with senior members of the Accounting and Finance teams to ensure alignment between actual
    financial results and forecasts


    Qualifications:
    Demonstrates excellent financial and quantitative skills
    Communicates effectively and collaborates well with others
    Works independently using project management skills
    Learns quickly and has strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
    Experience with financial planning and analysis software
    A bachelors degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or a related major or equivalent professional
    experience is required.

    Certified public accountants (CPA) or certified financial analysts (CFA) are preferred.
    Must have at least 2-4 years of financial planning experience Location: This position will be located at in Dana Point,
    CA and will be required to work in office two days per week

    Base Salary Range:
    $100,000 - $125,000
