ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Communicates with all appropriate parties regarding patient and procedure
Followsup and ensures all documentation is obtained
Verifies if all LOP's have been obtained prior to scheduling procedures
Schedules and/or reschedules patient appointments
Coordinates transportation for our procedure patients, if needed
Inform and provide the patient with the necessary information and instructions prior to the procedure date
Followsup on all Canceled or No Show Patients
Answer telephone and deal with inquiries
Update patients' information into the EMR database
Updates daily log for all patients' office visits
Updates daily log of all patients who have confirmed procedures
Communicates with the doctor and attorney offices

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, outlook
Experience with Personal Injury
Has EMR experience
Has a good understanding of medical terminology, good communication skills and is detailoriented
Diagnostic imaging experience a plus
Spine Pain Management/Orthopedic, chiropractic, or physical therapy background knowledge experience is preferred
Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette
Must be bilingual (Spanish)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

From $15.00 per hour
