Description
Duties and responsibilities:
- Setup, perform a high complexity test and report test results
- Prepare reagents and maintain inventory of reagents and supplies
- Perform instrument maintenance and maintain daily QA/QM charts
- Perform other QA/QM tasks, e.g. proficiency testing, competency assessment, parallel testing of instruments and reagents and maintain records of QA/QM activities
- Performs data entry into LIS and other databases
- Supervise nonlicensed personnel
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Must have a CA CLS license.
- General lab experience, including experience with general lab equipment and good laboratory practices are a must
- Experience with cell culture is desirable
- Able to multitask and work at a fast pace level
