The goal of this position is to establish an efficient team structure that will drive growth and customer satisfaction for our global customers in both the food and nonfood industries.
You will develop strategies for key accounts to increase revenue opportunities, working closely with our international sales team and network.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing the successful implementation and delivery of large and complex projects for our global clients, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met.
As the leader of the Business Assurance GKAM team, you will be responsible for account allocation and acting as the main point of contact for clients and our internal network. The team currently consists of 12 GKAMs and approximately 10 support staff.
You will establish strong and lasting partnerships between SGS and our assigned global clients, identifying key decision makers and actively pursuing new opportunities.
Your role will also involve ensuring that the GKAM team works effectively together, with efficient project management and a focus on client satisfaction while aligning with our operational and technical leaders.
You will set and monitor SMART KPIs for the team to ensure that overall targets are met and the team is exhibiting the correct behaviors for success.
