- Varied commercial and corporate legal work
- Managing Outside Counsel
- Attending senior leadership and commercial agreement meetings with the leadership team
- Providing varied legal counsel on commercial and corporate matters
- Whilst this role is currently a stand-alone legal position within the organization, they intend for this person to build a legal function and grow a legal team in the future
- Business and commercially minded General Counsel who can advise the senior leadership team on recommended legal approach for varied commercial and corporate legal matters
- Able to confidently provide sound legal counsel on a variety of matters - commercial agreements, transactions, employment and other corporate legal matters
- Previous experience in Adtech, Media, Publishing or SaaS setting is essential, either as an Associate General Counsel, Director or General Counsel
- Happy to be hands-on, this is currently a stand-alone legal role with the intention for this person to scale the legal function and grow the legal team within the organization in the future
- Competitive salary: c. $225,000-$315,000 base salary depending on relevant experience and background
- Wider benefits package including annual bonus, health care, 401(k) etc.
- Exciting opportunity to work closely with the Senior Leadership team of this highlys successful and long established Adtech company, to provide legal counsel, create processes and grow the legal function
- Prestigious Midtown Manhattan office, this role is based in the office 5 days per week, with occasional flexibility to work from home as required
