Shift:
Mid Shift

Clean and sanitize food service and preparation ware. Maintain cleanliness and
sanitation of dish room, pot room, and kitchen area.


Responsibilities:


  • Scrape and spray all ware before it is placed into the ware-washing machine.
  • Operate all ware-washing machinery properly.
  • Rack all china and glassware properly according to type and size to avoid
confusion and breakage.

  • Ensure that all ware is clean and sanitary before leaving the dish and pot room
areas.

  • Separate all ware and store properly in designated areas.
  • Keep ware-washing area clean and safe.
  • Keep ware-washing machinery clean and report any problems with machinery to
supervisor.

  • Clean work area, drains, and machinery properly at the end of each shift.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

Education High school diploma or equivalent experience. Must
communicate in the English language (written and oral) to
the understanding of customers, guests, and co-workers.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to speak and hear. Close and distance vision. Continual use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills with frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills.

Able to push/pull a cleaning cart weighing up to 200 lbs to and from the housekeeping station to each guest room.
