Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Service Advisor.

This role is perfect for someone with a passion for automotive who is eager to learn and grow in the field.

While prior experience in automotive service is preferred, it is not required. We value self-starters who are organized, excellent problem solvers, and possess exceptional interpersonal skills.


Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide them with a warm and welcoming experience.
• Listen to customer concerns and effectively communicate with them to understand their automotive service needs.
• Assist customers in scheduling appointments and provide them with accurate service estimates.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service appointments, and vehicle history.
• Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and provide updates as necessary.
• Address any customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the service team to identify opportunities for process improvements and customer satisfaction enhancements.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with automotive terminology and basic understanding of automotive systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Selfmotivated and able to work independently.
• Outgoing personality with a customercentric mindset.
