Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team.

As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning.

This is a key role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.


Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and plan company events, including meetings, conferences, and teambuilding activities
• Develop and implement training programs for new employees and provide ongoing training support
• Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
• Utilize QuickBooks to manage financial transactions, including invoicing and expense tracking
• Assist with budgeting and financial planning processes
• Manage schedules and calendars for executives and team members
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Detailoriented mindset with a focus on accuracy
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
