    We are looking for an OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST to join our awesome team in Huntington Beach, California! Our diverse team specializes in working with kids aged 2 to 8.     Responsibilities:

    • Encourage independence in daily activities like dressing and feeding by following the occupational therapy treatment plan.
    • Conduct thorough individual and team evaluations.
    • Analyze and summarize assessment outcomes to generate precise reports.
    • Utilize evidence-based clinical reasoning to develop effective treatment plans that enhance client progress.
    • Collaborate with team members for streamlined treatment planning and execution.
    • Promptly reassess client needs to evaluate goal achievement.
    • Track and update data on client progress and goals.
    • Maintain clear and efficient documentation of all client sessions and complete necessary forms.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, families, and other professionals.
    • Share client progress updates with occupational therapy assistant(s).
    • Supervise early start programs to support clients and guide ABA teams.
    • Participate in weekly clinical roundtables for care coordination.
    • Lead a weekly group for young children alongside an SLP/SLPA.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
    • Active California Occupational Therapy license (OT/L).
    • Occupational therapy certification from NBCOT.
    • Valid BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
    • Current TB test.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Three years of experience in pediatric Occupational Therapy.
    • Experience in Early Intervention.
    • Specialized training in Sensory Processing Disorders and related areas.
    • Proficient in parent coaching, telehealth services, and ABA training.
    • Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese.

    Work Hours:

    Part-time independent contractor role with flexible hours based on availability. Typically Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
