Description:

Are you an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist eager to make a difference in the lives of students near Torrance, CA? Soliant Education is currently seeking a passionate individual to fill the role of School-Based OT for the school year. In this position, you'll collaborate with school teams and families to provide specialized interventions addressing sensory, motor, and developmental needs.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' functional abilities and areas for growth.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting sensory, motor, and self-care skills.
Deliver direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social development.
Provide training and consultation to school staff and families on strategies to enhance student independence and participation.
Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and services provided.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
Valid California licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
Previous experience in a school setting preferred, though recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
