For our client, a leading company in the mechanical engineering industry, we are currently seeking a part-time Financial Accountant (m/f/d) to join their team in Central Heights-Midland City, AZ.


Responsibilities:

Handling all operational tasks within the financial accounting department
Assisting with monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with proper accounting principles (HGB/IFRS)
Preparing monthly sales tax returns
Acting as a point of contact for internal and external parties regarding social security and tax-related matters


Requirements:

Completed commercial apprenticeship or training as a tax clerk
Professional experience in financial accounting
Proficiency in common IT applications such as MS Office or Datev
Independent, precise, and conscientious work ethic
Hands-on mentality
