Your responsibilities with us
- Point of contact for tenants and owners on site
- Monitoring of house rules
- Inspection and documentation of building condition
- Inspection of technical systems
- Visual inspection of green areas and playgrounds
- Supervision and control of maintenance, repair and renovation companies
- Issuing orders to specialized companies (in case of emergency)
- Cleaning of outdoor areas
- Conducting apartment handovers and takeovers
Your profile
- Experience as a caretaker/house manager desirable
- Understanding of trade work
- Enjoyment of working with tenants and trade
