You want to:

- work in one of the leading and most dynamic teams for energy law - awarded by JUVE as Law Firm of the Year for Energy Law and advise national and international clients (investors, utility companies, banks, and international project developers) on the planning, construction, financing, and transactions of renewable energy and infrastructure projects
- provide legal advice to our clients on all corporate law matters, structuring and conducting corporate transactions (M&A), and intra-group reorganizations
- handle the drafting and negotiation of supply, maintenance, and service contracts, as well as engineering, procurement, and construction contracts, and expand your expertise in these areas through transactional work on various projects
- work with us to develop innovative consulting approaches and legal tech products in an open, appreciative, and humorous work atmosphere
- collaborate from the start with experienced team members who will support you on an equal footing with their extensive expertise in the energy sector and in M&A, and further develop your existing legal expertise in these areas
