As a travel advisor, you are responsible for the care and advice of our customers at our train stations.
We are looking for you as a career changer for retraining as a travel advisor (m/f/d) for DB Vertrieb GmbH at the Frankfurt (Main) location. In the 3-month in-house retraining at the training location Frankfurt am Main, we will prepare you for your job entry.
What to expect during the retraining:
  • The retraining takes place full-time (39 hours/week) and consists of theoretical and practical teaching sections
  • The theoretical teaching takes place at the Frankfurt am Main location, your practical assignments take place as close to your place of residence as possible
  • You will receive a modern education, including the use of simulators and tablets
After your retraining, you will take on the following tasks:
  • You are responsible for the advice and sale of all offers and additional services in DB's passenger transport
  • You conduct customer conversations in a professional and standardized manner
