This position involves recruiting new applicants, interviewing, and hiring them if they meet the qualifications of an Empire Photo employee.

We hire personality over skills and are looking for a Recruiting Manager who can find others who fit that mold.

Job Duties

• Recruiting find creative ways to bring in applicants
• Hire welcome new employees to the team
• Communication with potential and new employees
• Onboarding help new employees get onboarded properly
• Managing the availability of our new hires/current employees in our scheduling system

Requirements:

• Work as a team with the rest of our leadership team
• Ability to think creatively and find new ways to find team members using Indeed, Facebook, and other ways to fill our growing need for photographers
• Be able to communicate daily with the leadership team on progress and meeting specific goals for recruiting
• Assist leadership in creating a positive first encounter with our company for applicants and new employees
• High attention to detail and ability to work quickly
• Positive attitude

Work Schedule

• We are looking for someone to start right away and stay with us at least through October, with opportunities to stay on permanently for the right person

hours/week with flexibility to work from home

• Depending on your experience our pay range for this leadership position is from $23 to $25 per hour.
