Your responsibilities
Your main task is to identify potential resource constraints in daily operations and derive measures
To be able to manage resource control in terms of deployed personnel, you have all necessary KPIs in view and know their dependencies
You act as a competent contact person for the planning and control of daily workload according to productivity, SLA and cost-effectiveness
As a direct contact person for the production areas, you monitor operational warehouse processes together with them and monitor goods movements in the warehouse management system
You are also responsible for creating and sending reports, statistics and performing administrative tasks on a daily basis
Processing of customer inquiries of all kinds
Participation in projects and continuous improvement of processes, services and cost structures, also across departmental boundaries
Monitoring and control of conveyor technology
Printing of delivery notes including distribution of shipping documents

Your profile
You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, warehouse logistics specialist or similar
Ideally, you have already gained first experience in the field of logistics, e-commerce or service environment
IT affinity, experience in handling logistics IT systems and PC standard software, especially Excel, are an advantage
Desirable is an independent and structured way of working in combination with organizational talent
