- Event Management
- Serve as project lead for all events including Tri Delta's biennial Convention, Collegiate and Volunteer Leadership Conferences, new chapter installations, events held at Executive Office and board meetings held in multiple locations across the country.
- Lead venue and hotel RFPs for all events, working closely with third party sourcing partners and hotel global sales reps.
- Ensure the onsite team is fully prepared with necessary documentation. This includes master schedule, staff schedule, vendor names, contracts, and payments.
- Manage all logistics for events including room lists, food & beverage, floor plans and AV needs.
- Serve as onsite lead for events held at Tri Delta's Executive Office or off site. Events may be scheduled for evenings and weekends.
- Event Planning/Support
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand scope and needs for Enterprise events.
- Develop event schedules, determine pricing structure and create attendee/invitee lists.
- Support events and meetings held at Executive Office by internal and external hosts, including local collegiate and alumnae chapters. Duties include ordering catering, room setup, printing necessary documents, etc.
- Serve as Fraternity representative and networking liaison at local and national meetings/ events organizations. (i.e., MPI, CONNECT Marketplace, IMEX)
- Client & Customer Relations
- Own and maintain external vendor relationships with hotel partners, registration/event app software, event production company, speaker's bureau, travel agency, etc.
- Provide excellent customer service to event attendees and all stakeholders.
- Cross-Collaboration
- Collaborate with senior leadership and content leads to determine vision of event and overall attendee experience.
- Collaborate with Creative Team to determine branding for event and graphic needs.
- Collaborate with Creative Team to develop marketing plans for event including email and social media content.
- Administration & Technology
- Build and manage to an annual events budget of $1.6M+.
- Develop event registration websites and serve as lead in the operation and utilization of event software.
- 3 to 5 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- At least 2-3 years of professional staff management experience
- Possesses large-scale and small-scale event planning, project management, creative vision casting, budget adherence, vendor management, coordination and attention to detail, event registration and organization skills
- Demonstrated success in event planning and coordination
- Proficient in event management platforms including Salesforce, Swoogo and Smartsheet

This person will manage implementing all plans and logistics for Tri Delta events, achieving enterprise measure targets for member engagement, satisfaction and brand perception.
