    Eagle Science is op zoek naar een Senior Java/Scala Software Developer die een passie heeft voor innovatieve oplossingen
    Jouw rol
    Bij ons werken unieke individuen met één gemene deler: een passie voor innovatieve technische oplossingen. Wij lossen de vragen op van onze klanten die de wereld willen verbeteren. Dit doen we altijd samen: samen met de klant en samen als team bij Eaglescience. Omdat wij alleen maatwerksoftware maken, is een goede afstemming met de klant van groot belang. Wij investeren in korte lijntjes met de klant en fijne samenwerking in de teams. Zo bouwen we aan relaties voor de langere termijn.
    Projecten vinden altijd plaats in teamverband waarin collega's van verschillende kennisniveaus vertegenwoordigd zijn: zo leren we van elkaar Jij als senior brengt een flinke dosis ervaring mee maar nóg belangrijker: jij vindt het leuk om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen over het project en anderen verder te helpen.

    Wat doen we nog meer?
    Naast mooie software maken, vinden we het belangrijk dat jij jezelf goed leert kennen. Wat wil jij nog leren en hoe bereik je dat? Door 6 'Google dagen' die je vrij mag besteden aan jouw ontwikkeling, denk bijvoorbeeld aan je verdiepen in een onderwerp van jouw keuze (zoals collega Erle deed), meetups en technische trainingen helpen we je daar te komen.
    Naast je ontwikkeling op technisch gebied, vinden we persoonlijke ontwikkeling net zo belangrijk. Zo zijn we op teambuilding-weekend geweest in Duitsland waar we blind een rotswand getrotseerd hebben (lees hier meer) en elkaar en onszelf nog beter hebben leren kennen.
    De Tech Stack
    Omdat onze klanten innovatieve ideeën hebben, vraagt dat om de laatste technieken. Heb jij een goed idee voor een nieuwe techniek? Dat horen we graag en motiveren iedereen om scherp te blijven op verbetering en vernieuwing
    Wie we zoeken

    • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als softwareontwikkelaar;

    • Aantoonbare ervaring met Java en TypeScript;

    • Enthousiasme voor actuele talen en frameworks zoals Scala en Angular;

    • Bent nieuwsgierig, twee keer hetzelfde kunstje laten zien vind jij niks;

    • Investeert graag in je eigen ontwikkeling;

    • Wilt zelf en anderen graag nieuwe dingen leren;

    • Werkt graag samen met slimme en leuke collega's
