International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) Certified Arborist designation and 3OT certifiedMinimum of 5 years industry related experience in residential, commercial, and municipal tree careMinimum of 5 years managing personnelValid Iowa driver's license with a Class B CDL endorsement and a clean driving recordMust have valid First-Aid and CPR cards or be willing to obtain oneKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS,
AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Ability to reach, climb, kneel, lift (up to 100 lbs.) and walk for extended periods of timeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational, project management and problem-solving skillsMust be able to work independently and on a team in a fast-paced environmentPossesses the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing prioritiesAbility to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and during adverse weather conditions as warranted by workload and scheduleAbility to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with employees and vendors
