- Manage payment and expense control by handling invoices promptly and accurately.
- Ensure timely payment to service providers through proper verification and processing.
- Address service provider inquiries on a daily basis.
- Assist in creating and maintaining vendor profiles.
- Maintain organized and accurate files and documentation following company policies and accounting standards.
- Send customer invoices as necessary.
- Conduct accounts receivable collections through calls and emails, updating the collection system accordingly.
- Review and process accounts receivable credits and refunds.
- Support in payment reconciliation and other financial tasks.
- Provide front desk coverage when required, handling various administrative duties and ensuring security protocols.
- Participate in additional projects as assigned.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, service providers, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
