We are looking for a qualified Desktop Engineer who has experience troubleshooting computer issues and supporting customers by phone, email, and via remote access tools.The job requires working on the third shift from Tuesday to Saturday, providing level 1 & 2 support for users and conducting remote problem solving when necessary.
