*Responsibilities:
  • Intensive processing of order processing on a project basis
  • Monitoring of logistical processes and adherence to deadlines on the supplier side
  • Maintenance of supplier contacts (Europe / Asia)
  • Monitoring of supplier framework agreements and conditions
  • Obtaining quotes and price comparisons on a project basis (in connection with product development)
  • Pre- and post-preparation of purchasing fairs
  • Pre- and post-preparation of supplier annual meetings
  • General organizational tasks within the team
*Requirements:
  • Commercial or comparable education (e.g. industrial clerk)
* *At least years of professional experience in "procurement / purchasing"

  • Proficient in PC applications (MS Office programs)
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Strong quality and cost awareness
  • Independent and reliable way of working
  • Team-oriented and communicative
