The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative, operational, and financial support functions of our Tonawanda NY office. This includes managing office supplies equipment vendor relationships coordinating scheduling deadlines workflow accounting responsibilities assisting with billing invoicing accounts receivable collections tracking expenses budgeting financial reporting maintaining accurate records files documentation digital physical managing client correspondence document requests follow-ups assisting general ledger journal entries financial reporting account reconciliation banking check writing ACH positive pay ensuring compliance company policies accounting regulations confidentiality standards assisting audit preparation regulatory documentation monitoring deadlines tax filings client deliverables auditing maintenance client company contractsResponsibilities
