As a school companion (m/f/d), you will have a meaningful, diverse, and responsible role with the satisfaction of providing valuable help to a child and their family.


Your profile:


  • You have a strong interest and enjoyment in working with children, helping them integrate into the school or kindergarten environment.
  • Previous experience working with children and/or adolescents is preferred, but we do not require a pedagogical education.
  • You are available on call from Monday to Friday, with no work during school holidays and public holidays.
  • You have excellent German language skills, both written and spoken (at least B2 level).

Your tasks:

You will step in when the school companion is absent - this means you will not have a regular schedule, but will be available on call (Monday-Friday).

  • You will provide assistance to students with developmental disabilities (physical, intellectual, emotional, social) during school hours.
