About this position:

The Kolping-Mainfranken Group is a network of educational institutions for vocational and professional training in the Mainfranken region, currently employing around 480 full-time staff.

We operate various training and education facilities, special needs schools in Schweinfurt and Würzburg, youth hostels in Würzburg and Schweinfurt, various projects in the field of youth social work, as well as three conference and seminar centers.

We also provide all-day and lunchtime care services throughout the Mainfranken region.

The Kolping Academy, located in the heart of Würzburg, offers courses for the adaptation qualification of foreign nursing professionals.

Here, we provide further training for nursing professionals from third countries, enabling them to obtain successful recognition as specialists in Germany.

For these courses, we are looking for empathetic and communicative instructors (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

You will independently plan your lessons and teach practical and theoretical content to the participants in various subjects, such as disease theory, nursing processes and documentation, prophylaxis, nursing concepts, etc.
You will teach both virtually through our Kolping Campus and in person at our Kolping Academy.
Additionally, you will prepare the course participants for their internal final exam and provide them with professional advice.
