Your tasks

Supporting our recruiters, starting in September 2024, in the entire recruiting process - from personnel planning to filling positions
Contributing your own ideas for process optimization
Assisting the team in implementing their own projects, such as key figure dashboards, social media measures and communication templates
Participating in competition and target group analyses
Accompanying our team in reviewing applications, conducting interviews and selection days

Your profile

Advanced studies in business administration with a focus on human resources or another business-related field
Ideally, first experiences through internships
